1. General
The Socialty platform acts as a digital intermediary for loyalty programs. For any legal matters or inquiries, you can contact the Socialty Team directly via our contact form.
2. User Accounts
- Only one account per user is permitted.
- You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that use false information or attempt to defraud the system.
3. Points and Rewards
- Points are issued exclusively by participating merchants.
- Each merchant sets their own rules for awarding, expiration, and redemption of points.
- Points cannot be converted to cash and are valid only at the store that issued them.
- Socialty is not responsible if a merchant ceases operations or refuses to honor reward redemptions.
4. Usage Rules
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Use of automated tools (bots).
- Any attempt to breach platform security.
- Forgery of transactions or malicious use of the system.
5. Limitation of Liability
Socialty provides the infrastructure but is not liable for the commercial promises made by merchants. The platform is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation without technical errors.
6. Modifications and Governing Law
- We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
- These terms are governed by Greek Law, and the Courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
